Steve Funderburg

Steve Funderburg graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1992 and the University of Mississippi Law School in 1994. He worked with the Upshaw Williams firm specializing in insurance defense claims and workers’ compensation claims representing employers, insurance companies and self insureds. In 2000, Steve changed his practice to represent injured workers and he has continued to do so as a partner in Funderburg, Sessums & Peterson, PLLC. Steve is a Fellow in The College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers and also serves as a mediator.
